I can also assist hospital administration with risk management issues by conducting medical record review. I can review established policies and procedures within the facility and identify areas in need of modification. These recommendations can be carried out through the facilities Safety or Quality Improvement Committee to make the appropriate changes to ensure consistency with the current standards of care.
